Isaac Agyiri Danso

Isaac is a lawyer and a Chartered Accountant. He graduated national best in the Ghana bar examinations in 2016 with first-class honors and was the recipient of the Sarbah Certificate of Honor, the most prestigious award in legal studies in Ghana. Isaac was the national best at the finals of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana certifying professional examinations in 2009 and became the Youngest Chartered Accountant in Ghana at the age of 21. Isaac is a Chartered Tax Consultant who has over 10 years post qualification experience in tax practice, accounting and auditing, and law practice. He aspires to be the leading commercial lawyer in the energy and natural resource sector and a tax policy expert in Africa. Isaac was retained as counsel to lead the acquisition of American International School in a deal worth five million dollars in assets ($5 million) in December 2018. Led negotiations, advised, and drafted relevant legal documents. Isaac has represented a client in a US$120 million tax dispute with the Ghana Revenue Authority.
